Your questions depend on how well you are doing on SCD. Ideally, of course,
eating the fruits raw (perhaps skinned)would be the best course. However,
if you are not ready for that because they give you symptoms, then for
taste, I would cook them and strain then. However, for nutrition, I would
juice them raw and get rid of all the skins. Cooking makes them more
digestible; skin makes them gassy because of the high fiber content. So it
all depends on how much progress you are making.
