Elaine: Peanut Butter Brownies

For Tom who is skinny and was a chocoholic, I just made the “brownies”
recipe from the other list. It took me 2-1/2 minutes and they are not bad
and are they fattening!
1/2 cup honey
1 cup legal peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Mix well and bake in a well greased loaf pan for about 20 minutes until the
edges start turning brown. This is faster than picking them off the shelf
at the supermarket.
[bake the brownies at 350 deg F]
