Yes, I was a bit taken aback by the raw meat criteria. I am sure our
listserv member was only trying to help but, wherever his information came
from, this suggestion is bizarre and,unfortunately, negated all other
suggestions he had to make.
I love rare beef but only occasionally and to suggest that people eat their
meat raw is rather incredulous in this age.
