Grilled Asparagus
Grilled Asparagus
1/4 cup virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic – crushed
pinch – minced fresh ginger
1/4 tsp. mixed herbs
4 Tbs. vinegar
3 turns of fresh cracked pepper
2 lemon slices
1 bunch fresh asparagus – cleaned and trimmed
Place all ingredients in a zip-lock plastic bag and marinate at least 2 hours
but preferably over
night. Turning the bag occasionally to distribute mixture evenly. Brush with oil
and preheat George
Forman Grill. When hot, place the asparagus on the grill and sprinkle with some
salt. Close the grill and cook until Asparagus is bright green, hot and crunchy
