Grilled Cauliflower

cauliflower
extra virgin olive oil
garlic
salt


Brush the George Foreman grill with Olive oil and preheat.
Arrange cauliflower on the grill and drizzle with olive oil. Salt to taste.
Mash up fresh garlic to add to the cauliflower if desired.
Cook cauliflower about 14 minutes.
I usually open the grill after about 12 minutes and “squish” the cauliflower with the server so that it turns into mush. Then I cook for a few more minutes.
The “mush” is delicious when garlic and olive oil are mixed in.
