Halibut With Avocado Lemon dripped yogurt
[GFG or other contact grill]

1 Haas[?] avocado
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 cup dripped yogurt
4 6 oz. halibut steaks
1 tsp. black pepper, coarsely ground
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. lemon juice
olive oil or ghee for coating

In a small bowl, peel and mash the avocado until smooth. Stir in the
lemon juice and dripped yogurt and blend thoroughly. Refrigerate.

Preheat the grill for 5 minutes. Coat the halibut with olive oil or ghee on both
sides and place in the grill.
Grill for 6-8 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
Remove and sprinkle with the pepper, salt and lemon juice.
To serve, top each fillet with one-fourth of the avocado mix.
Serves 4
