Salt & pepper
Paprika

Spring Onions
Thoroughly mix together meats, fillers and spices. [Experiment with different combinations and amounts.]
Squeeze in shallow glass loaf/casserol dish. [well-greased with butter.] [Or can mould into balls or logs - butter the dish were the balls or logs are to be placed.]
Bake for 30 minutes. [Preferably in a combination [microwave + convection] oven. [360 w micro & 200 C convection setting]
Drain juices, layer the toppings [only for loaf & not log or balls] and bake further till done. About 10 to 20 minutes.

PS: These combination ovens are a godsend! I just bought one in which I can microwave, bake [convection], grill and even rotisserie! [Or combine microwave with convection or grill!] Convection preheating in minutes!
