Wok: Broccoli & Garlic

INGREDIENTS
- 2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup homemade chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
In a wok, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the
garlic and ginger and saute for 30 seconds.
Add the broccoli and broth, cover, and steam for 3-4 minutes.
Top with sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper.
